Joelle Grace Taylor is an LA-based photographer + director, born and raised in the Deep South.
Combining her unique curiosity of human nature, music and visual art, Joelle skillfully melds reality and imagination to capture dreamlike imagery that evokes a profound sense of humanity and depth. Her work often explores the multi-faceted feminine; portraying her subjects as glamorous and gritty, playful and powerful.
Noteably, she’s worked with Norah Jones on her 2024 album Visions, photographing the album cover and press shots and directing music videos for Running and Paradise. She recently photographed Lebron James for The Shop’s Men’s Grooming Line and shot the latest Hanes campaign for M / Maidenform. Both campaigns were featured in Times Square and in outdoor ads across the US.
Her ongoing personal project, In Yr Dreams (with co-creator Hayley Francise), is a celebration of culture and community and a testament to her determination and exploration of her craft.
